: About Dajana Eder

Started my career as a freelancer, focusing on community and brand building within the realm of Web2. Since 2010, I’ve served as a consultant for international brands, crafting inclusive communication strategies. As a journalist, I’ve written articles for my blog and various magazines, covering automotive and lifestyle topics and published books.

In 2019, my focus shifted to personal branding for women and marginalized groups and enabling them for entrepreneurship. Venturing into the Web3 space in 2021, I observed a lack of diversity in Emerging Tech. Despite the potential utopia, it remains a reflection of our real-world, unresolved issues. Society must take responsibility to bridge gaps and ensure equal representation.

As a speaker, I cover topics such as entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on how they intersect with diversity and inclusion.

As founder of WOM3N.dao – FEMALE FOUNDERs & INVESTORs CIRCLE and through my dedication to diversity and inclusion, I’ve been honored with the DIGITAL FEMALE LEADERS AWARD in IT-Tech in 2022 by Tijen Onaran and Global Digital Women and recognized as one of the 25 Zukunftsmacherinnen by Business Insider Germany.

: MY EXPERIENCE

Gaining insights into Web3 came through active participation in various international NFT projects and DAOs led by women. This experience was further enhanced by attending cohorts and masterclasses on emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, XR (extended reality), and crypto. I have since developed workshops for brands and crafted strategies specifically designed to support their transition into Web3 and the broader Metaverse. As the founder of WOM3N.dao, I built a female-focused Web3 network and community, while also establishing a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) on Q-Blockchain. In 2024 I played a key role in the realization of The Belle Block by Mastercard, a project focused on enabling women and fostering greater inclusion within the Emerging Tech ecosystem.

As a society, we hold women back through implicit bias — much of it internalized, intersectional, and often invisible. To enable true participation in entrepreneurship and emerging tech, we first need to understand the structures we operate in and how they shape confidence, visibility, and opportunity differently. In my workshops, I share practical strategies to recognize and break these patterns — and to build visibility and authority intentionally. A core focus of my work is personal branding in the age of AI. I teach how AI tools can be used strategically to support positioning, communication, and growth — without losing authenticity or creating copies of copies. The goal is not to replace human perspective, but to strengthen it. I also provide insights into entrepreneurship and emerging technologies, and how founders can leverage new tools to build sustainable, future-oriented businesses. My work empowers women and underrepresented founders to use technology, visibility, and clarity as tools for participation — and to build brands and companies that reflect who they truly are.

PS: Inclusivity does not stop with including white women – therefore I work closely with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities and representers and I am happy to share names.
