Am 21.03.2024 fand eine weitere Ausgabe des Business Insider Deutschland Money Mindset Talks statt, diesmal als “Female Edition”! In dem legendären Journalistenclub des Axel Springer-Hochhauses kamen fast 70 inspirierende Frauen aus der Finanzwelt zusammen, um Einblicke auszutauschen.
Zu Beginn des Events teilte Solveig Rathenow, Leiterin des Wirtschaftsressorts, eine persönliche Geschichte, die verdeutlichte, warum #Diversity ein so wichtiges Thema ist, insbesondere in der Finanzbranche.
Anschließend hatte ich, zusammen mit Jennifer Probst von Mastercard Germany, das Vergnügen, aufregende Einblicke in THE BELLE BLOCK zu geben. Das ist eine Mastercard-Initiative, die das Web3 und Blockchain zugänglich gestaltet.

Als Beraterin und Expertin für Web3 mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Diversität, Gleichberechtigung und Inklusion (DEI), nehme ich eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Mastercards neuer Initiative THE BELLE BLOCK ein. Als Gründerin von WOM3N.dao, einem Netzwerk für Female Founders & Investors im Web3-Bereich, bringe ich umfassendes Know-how und ein breites Netzwerk in die Zusammenarbeit mit Mastercard ein – vor allem durch jahrelange Erfahrung in der Beratung internationaler Marken und Unternehmen sowie ihr Engagement für die Förderung von Frauen in der Technologiebranche.
THE BELLE BLOCK ist eine Initiative von Mastercard, die den Fokus auf Web3 und Blockchain-Technologien legt und gleichzeitig die Bedeutung von Diversität und Inklusion in der Branche betont.

Darauf folgte eine Podiumsdiskussion mit Anais Cosneau, Gründerin des Happy Immo Clubs, Alex Gessner, COO von ACI Consulting, der Autorin von “Mami-goes-Millionär” Dr. Carmen Mayer und Karolina Decker, Gründerin von Finmarie. Moderiert von Hannah Ritzmann, Finanzredakteurin und Moderatorin von Business Insider Deutschland, teilten diese bemerkenswerten Frauen ihre Karrierehindernisse und boten wertvolle Ratschläge für junge Frauen.
Während des anschließenden Networking-Events konnte ich Erfahrungen austauschen und neue Verbindungen knüpfen. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle, die teilgenommen haben und den Abend unvergesslich gemacht haben.

On March 21, 2024, another edition of the Business Insider Germany Money Mindset Talk took place, this time as the “Female Edition”! Nearly 70 inspiring women from the finance world gathered in the legendary Journalistenclub of the Axel Springer-Hochhaus to exchange insights.
At the beginning of the event, Solveig Rathenow, Head of the Economic Department, shared a personal story that underscored why #Diversity is such an important issue, especially in the finance industry. Following that, Jennifer Probst from Mastercard Germany and I had the pleasure of providing exciting insights into THE BELLE BLOCK. This is a Mastercard initiative that makes Web3 and blockchain accessible.

As the founder of WOM3N.dao, a network for Female Founders & Investors in the Web3 space, I bring extensive expertise and a broad network to the collaboration with Mastercard – primarily through years of experience consulting for international brands and companies and my commitment to promoting women in the technology industry.

This was followed by a panel discussion featuring Anais Cosneau, founder of the Happy Immo Club, Alex Gessner, COO of ACI Consulting, “Mami-goes-Millionär” author Dr. Carmen Mayer, and Karolina Decker, founder of Finmarie. Moderated by Hannah Ritzmann, finance editor and host of Business Insider Germany, these remarkable women shared their career obstacles and offered valuable advice for young women.
During the subsequent networking event, I was able to exchange experiences and forge new connections. A big thank you to everyone who participated and made the evening unforgettable.
